WiFi signal is good but the BOEY SYSTEM will not connect.

If your WiFi will not connect, this is generally an issue with the modem or your router not letting the BOEY SYSTEM connect, there are a couple things you can try.

Note: (Remember, once your Wifi Is connected, always keep it connected when powering off the BOEY SYSTEM. It will automatically connect when you power back on.)

1. Make sure your password is correct.

2. There is a common issue with devices not connecting to WiFI, if the time and date are wrong on the device. You can manually set the year, time and date on the BOEY SYSTEM in the settings panel, then try to connect. However, generally when connecting to WiFi for the first time, the BOEY SYSTEM will automatically adjust the time and date with your wireless router and modem.

3. Every once in a while, you may have to reset your modem and your router. To do this, you simply unplug the power to the modem and router and wait about 5 minutes before you plug them back in. Once you do this, it will now have a fresh start up and should work. When they start up, give them a few minutes to fully load before trying to connect any devices.

4. If you are still having issues, you can contact your internet provider for assistance. For more trouble shooting assistance, search on google “Device will not connect to my WiFi” there you will find endless trouble shooting techniques you can try to help solve your problem.
