RETURN POLICY:
Note: Here at BOEY SYSTEM, we make sure all our products are fully tested and working 100% before ever shipping them to our customer. If there is damage to our product upon receiving them, it must reported with in 24hrs for us to completely replace the product. After this period expires from the scheduled delivery date, it will then be forwarded to our warranty department in less the damage is do to shipping damage. Read more about our Warranty down below.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to BOEY SYSTEM within 30-days of the purchase date, subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase

What is BOEY SYSTEM’s 30-day money back guarantee policy?
BOEY SYSTEM offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on our BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Centers. That means, if for any reason, you wish to return your BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Center purchased directly from the BOEY SYSTEM website within thirty days from the date of purchase, we will refund the purchase price of your BOEY SYSTEM product and accessories.

In order for the 30-day money back guarantee to apply, no games, apps or TV apps can be installed for this duration. There can be no changes or modification to the BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Center. Product or packaging cannot be returned damaged for a refund.
(Note: Certain apps and games may cause a conflict with our entertainment center’s system.)
Our system test will confirm if any apps, games or modification were done to the entertainment center.
However, Google Sign in is allowed for use of YouTube app and other google services.
BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Center must be returned in its original condition, internal, external and with all original packaging.
If conditions are not met, BOEY SYSTEM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25%. “Please read our conditions below for more”

This gives our customer a enough time to try the BOEY SYSTEM and if they decided they love it and want to keep it, then they can install any apps, TV apps, and games that they wish..

Note: Any original shipping cost is non-refundable. BOEY SYSTEM is also not responsible for cost to return the BOEY SYSTEM products or accessory to a BOEY SYSTEM return center.

BOEY SYSTEM is not responsible for lost packages by the carrier, or BOEY SYSTEM’s received that can not be identified. Received products that have damage determined to have have been caused by the end-user may be subject to denial of the return request.
Factory Reset / Sell or Gift Someone
Please do not perform a Factory Reset with the BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Centers. You will lose all neccessary compenants that run the system. Before you sell or gift your existing BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Center, you should not perform a factory reset for the BOEY SYSTEM, Instead sign out of Google and all apps that you have previously signed into. You can also go to your wifi network, click on your network and choose “forget network”, this will wipe your wifi password.

Exchanges
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed

Conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, BOEY SYSTEM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25%.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all
accessories.

BOEY SYSTEM is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

BOEY SYSTEM is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange on the following:
  • If any TV apps or games have been installed during the first 30 days.
  • If a factory restet has been performed on any BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Centers
  • JOBOHNY Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model.

Product Warranties and Repairs
BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Centers are warranted solely by the manufacturer. Our warranty states that our customers must pay 2 way shipping for their product to be repaired.

The time of the repair will be dependent upon our manufactures schedule and we will have an approximate time for the repair once we receive your product to have it shipped off.

Warranty
BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Centers come with a 1 year limited warranty, which covers internal parts only, our customer just needs to pay two way shipping to our manufacturing plant where the product will be repaired. This includes the BOEY SYSTEM internal hardware under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. When a warranty claim is made, the product will be tested to make sure cause of the damage before warranty will be fully covered.

Repair Service

We do offer service to have your BOEY SYSTEM Entertainment Center fixed if it is out of warranty or if warranty does not cover your issue with your BOEY SYSTEM including viruses or any other problems with the android system. Again we just have our customer pay 2 sides shipping and the repair costs.

Remote Service

We offer a service to remote into your device and make any fixes, etc.. When entering your device, you approve our request to enter the BOEY SYSTEM, then we can make an fixes for you. We just charge a flat fee. Please contact us for more information.
